Swim for Health

The Swim for Health programme has three different levels, designed as a gateway for customers wishing to become more active. These levels have been specifically designed for customers who suffer with medical conditions such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Joints or Back Problems.

We have exercise sessions that range between 30 minutes to 1 hour, letting customers start at a level they are comfortable with. The aim is to enable all customers to become a full member of the East Riding facilities and take advantage of our extensive exercise class timetable.

Swim for Health includes activities such as; Adult Swimming, Stroke Correction, Aqua Jogging, Aqua Aerobics and Swimming during public sessions.
